Perrin B. Fourmy
Biography

Perrin Fourmy practices in the firm's Litigation section. He has represented clients in civil litigation matters across multiple practice areas, including oil and gas, premises liability, personal injury, contracts, vehicle products liability, property disputes, debtor/creditor, and consumer rights in state and federal matters throughout Texas and the United States.

Perrin has managed complex vehicle products liability cases throughout the country in state and federal court in California, Arizona, Ohio, Louisiana, Maryland, and multiple other states. He has defended vehicle manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, and parts suppliers in individual cases and worked as part of a team of multiple law firms defending multi-district litigation as a result of massive product recalls. He has also represented major retailers and apartment complex owners in premises liability disputes.

He has obtained numerous summary judgment victories for clients in state and federal court. Perrin provides comprehensive analysis of claims for clients to develop cost efficient and effective litigation plans and has worked extensively with engineers, appraisers, and medical experts to coordinate client defenses and identify the weak spot in an opponent's argument.

Perrin works directly with his clients to put their minds at ease and instill confidence in their litigation path. From sophisticated corporations familiar with the courtroom to small business owners or individuals new to lawsuits, his goal is to vigorously represent clients and foster relationships to ensure all their needs are met.

Before practicing law, Perrin taught middle school Social Studies for 8 years in North Carolina and served as the head coach for the middle and high school men's soccer teams.
