David A. Walton
Biography

Following his judicial clerkship, David has handled civil disputes in state and federal courts across the United States. He has represented companies in many industries, such as banking and financial services, construction, energy and natural resources, manufacturing, real estate, retail and services, and telecommunications. Along with his trial experience, David has also argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, and Seventh Circuits and the Courts of Appeals for the First and Thirteenth Districts of Texas.
