Carlos Alferez is a member of Bell Nunnally’s transactional team and focuses his practice on real estate, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate issues. Prior to his legal career, Carlos acquired hands-on experience in the areas of real estate and foreclosures.
Carlos earned his law degree from Baylor Law School. While a student at Baylor Law, he was Vice President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, treasurer of Christian Legal Society, and semifinalist of a Client Counseling Competition. Carlos enjoys practicing transactional law and the variety his matters bring.
