Kheana  Pollard
Biography

Kheana focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She represents clients in individual, class action and multidistrict litigation matters in federal court.


Before joining Bell Nunnally, Kheana clerked for the Honorable Joshua M. Kindred of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and the Honorable Nancy J. Rosenstengel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.

Kheana graduated with her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2019. While attending Illinois Law, Kheana won the Williams Kherkher Trophy for the Most Professional Advocate in the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge and the award for Overall Best Advocate in National Trial Advocacy Competition. Kheana was also honored with the Rickert Award for Excellence in Advocacy. She externed with the Honorable Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
