Kerry focuses her aviation practice on complex litigation, while also handling transactional and regulatory issues. Licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma and with over fifteen (15) years of experience in aviation, Kerry brings unbeatable skill to the firm. She has logged countless hours, both in the courtroom and on the road between Texas and Oklahoma, handling multi-million dollar escrow disputes, international transactions, regulatory and compliance issues, tax related matters, maintenance related issues and all aspects related to business aircraft use and transactions. She has successfully recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions for brokers that went unpaid and millions of dollars in escrow funds owed her clients. Kerry has closed many multi-million dollar aircraft purchase transactions, many of which were cross border transactions. Kerry’s practice includes negotiating and drafting Aircraft Purchase Agreements, brokering planes and litigating all types of aviation disputes.
Kerry has a degree in Spanish from the University of Texas and a significant part of her work is with Spanish-speaking clients.
Kerry loves to travel and in her spare time, which isn’t much, she enjoys spending time with her four children.
