Hannah is a member of the firm’s transactional team focusing on corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.
Before joining Bell Nunnally, Hannah represented clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, health care, insurance, retail, agriculture and education. Her prior career experience also includes working as a business manager for a medical practice, where she developed valuable experience and understanding of the healthcare industry and the particular needs of family-owned companies, and was involved in matters dealing with corporate governance and structure, strategic planning, business succession, asset protection and practice expansion.
Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys running, biking, and racing; and spending time with her husband, two children, and their Great Danes, Linus and Charlie.
