Luke F. Collins
Biography

Luke became a lawyer because he has a passion for advocacy and resolving disputes. He has developed the ability to analyze complex business issues and craft compelling arguments to meet a client’s goals.

Luke’s experience working in federal courts gives him a unique perspective on how to be an effective writer and oral advocate in complex business disputes. He focuses his practice on litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters.


A graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law in 2022, Luke interned for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stacey Jernigan in the Northern District of Texas and U.S. Magistrate Judge Kimberly Priest Johnson in the Eastern District of Texas. He also served as an associate managing editor for the International Law Review.
