Originally inspired to become a lawyer by her desire to support the people in her life in understanding their rights in the face of tough situations, Kim strongly believes in helping others to make the world a better place. She’s committed to raising the profile of Hispanic people, and women specifically, into positions of influence.
A highly motivated and tenacious advocate, Kim focuses her practice on business and real estate transactional matters. She has assisted with member interest purchase agreements in mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial real estate matters, including leases, lease abstracts, notices of default, and consent to sublease transactions, as well as loan documentation, including closing certificates and resolutions and release of lien documents. She earned her undergraduate and law school degree at St. Mary’s University. Graduating at the top of her class, in 2022, she received the Presidential Award from the university, which is presented to students who exemplify leadership service and academic excellence.
