Attorney Jared W. Hays has joined Bell Nunnally as a partner and member of its Real Estate practice area. He comes to the firm after two years managing and practicing at the Law Office of Jared W. Hays, P.C., preceded by more than 10 years at Stutzman, Bromberg, Esserman & Plifka, P.C. in Dallas.

Hays represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States and internationally and has extensive experience with deals involving data center and colocation properties, including purchases, sales, leases, colocation licenses, colocation services and carrier agreements.
Notable recent client matters for Hays include: representation of investors in the purchase/leaseback of enterprise data center facilities, including several multi-state portfolios; representation of a cloud and colocation services company as a tenant/licensee in multiple data centers in the U.S., England, Germany, Australia and Hong Kong; and representation of a real estate investment trust in connection with its leasing activities throughout the U.S., Europe and the Asia/Pacific region.
