Bell Nunnally Partner J. Jeffrey Cash, Senior Associate Natasha Gandhi and Associate Khaki A. Scrivner represented Denver-based commercial landscaping service ColoradoScapes as mergers and acquisitions counsel in its November sale to Orion Group (Orion), a New York-based commercial facility services company. Dallas-based Transitus Capital advised ColoradoScapes as financial advisor in the transaction.
Founded in 2003, ColoradoScapes provides full-service landscape maintenance to office parks, homeowners' associations, multi-family residential properties and retail centers.
In a press release, Orion called ColoradoScapes its first partner in the commercial landscaping industry and detailed that the acquisition is part of its plan to “build a national platform by partnering with exceptional founder-owned facility services businesses and providing resources to help fuel their next chapters of growth.”
