Jeffrey S. Lowenstein was named Chair of Bell Nunnally’s Litigation Section effective June 1, 2009. Jeff became a partner in the firm in 2006. He received his J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1998, where he was the Senior Editor of the UCLA Bulletin of Law and Technology from 1997-1998, and his B.A. degree from UCLA in 1995. Listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas Under 40” by D Magazine in 2006, he was also a “Rising Star” in Texas Monthly in 2006, 2007, and 2009.
Jeff focuses his trial practice on the representation of businesses and individuals in a variety of complex commercial matters and business disputes, with an emphasis on intellectual property claims. His work on behalf of clients includes patent litigation, copyright, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and related claims, as well as real estate disputes.
