Trey Deloach’s transactional practice includes experience with mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, general corporate representations, and general business and corporate governance issues. His work includes the negotiation and preparation of purchase agreements, loan documents, corporate documents, partnership and limited liability company agreements, license agreements, services agreements, employment agreements, and noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements.
