Jeffrey R. Erler joined Bell, Nunnally & Martin from Warner Stevens on January 4, 2010. Jeff has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, lessors, and committees in bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations, bankruptcy litigation, and pre- and post-bankruptcy workout and foreclosure matters. He also specializes in out of court workouts, personal property repossession and sales under Article Nine of the Uniform Commercial Code, and real estate foreclosures. “Jeff adds great depth and breadth to our bankruptcy practice,” said Jim Skochdopole, managing partner.
Jeff is experienced in all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, dispute resolution, trial and appeal, having litigated matters in federal and state courts throughout the country.
He received his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.
