Hart’s multifaceted practice includes litigation and counseling with respect to complex commercial disputes, including general contractual, real estate and landlord-tenant matters, lien and bond issues, foreclosure suits, lien priority claims, and business torts. With a growing global client base, Hart also advises clients on international litigation and arbitration matters and related cross-border transactions. Her legal acumen has been recognized by her peers, and she has been named a Texas Monthly “Rising Star” four times – including, most recently, in 2012.
Hart is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (J.D., 2001) and the University of Texas, El Paso (B.A., 1997).
