DOL Delays Implementation of Rule on Workplace Injury Drug Testing
On July 13, 2016, the Department of Labor announced that it will delay implementation of its new rule that addresses mandatory post-accident drug screens. The implementation of the rule has been pushed from August 10, 2016 to November 1, 2016.
