Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP has added attorney Ed McQueen as partner and member of its Commercial Finance practice.
“Ed’s commercial and real estate finance experience will no doubt be of great value to our financial institution and other clients. In addition, his character – rooted in service to our nation – will add to our collective leadership and overall dedication to collegial, client-first service,” said James Skochdopole, managing partner of Bell Nunnally.
McQueen assists financial institutions and corporate clients in commercial, corporate and real estate finance matters, including lending and syndicated loan transactions, debt structuring, asset-based finance, foreclosures, workouts and note sales. He also provides counsel in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing.
Prior to entering the practice of law, McQueen was a submariner with the U.S. Navy and participated in Operation Desert Storm.
A past “Texas Rising Star” featured in Texas Monthly, McQueen is a member of numerous legal and trade organizations, including the Texas Association of Bank Counsel and the Financial Institutions Legal Counsel Network. He is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., ‘96) and the University of the State of New York (B.S., ‘93).
