Gwen Walraven Appointed to Richardson's Planning Commission

Partner Gwen I. Walraven has been appointed to the City of Richardson Planning Commission. Richardson, Tex. is a city of nearly 100,000 residents about 15 miles north of Dallas. The Planning Commission is a nine member panel charged with advising and making recommendations to the city council with respect to land use, public improvements, thoroughfare improvements and planning issues. It is tasked with reviewing zoning change applications, subdivision plats, development plans, site plans and certain variance requests.
