Partner R. Heath Cheek has been appointed to The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) Political Action Committee (PAC) Board of Directors for 2019. TREC is a Dallas-based trade organization of North Texas commercial real estate professionals, including developers, builders, brokers, attorneys, architects, investment bankers, accountants, finance and title professionals. The organization includes more than 2,000 individuals from 600 companies, comprising 95 percent of the commercial real estate business in North Texas. TREC PAC is a separate organization that advances the mission of the Dallas-area real estate industry on a state, county, and local government level by offering guidance, advice, and funding to political leaders and candidates throughout the state.
