Jeff Lowenstein Named as a "Master of the Inn" on Behalf of the Executive Committee of the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court
Partner Jeff Lowenstein has been welcomed as a “Master of the Inn” on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court. The American Inns of Court focus on litigation and a commitment to excellence, civility, professionalism and ethics in the legal profession.
Lowenstein is a member of the Masters category, an esteemed group of the most experienced lawyers who are granted unlimited terms. Fellow Masters of the Inn include the United States Attorney, two U.S. District Judges, a Fifth Circuit Justice and several Texas appellate and district court judges, among others.
Lowenstein’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in a variety of complex commercial matters and business disputes. Jeff has substantial experience representing developers, investors, management and owners in claims involving real property including construction defects, leasing disputes, contract disputes and partnership disputes. He also frequently represents clients in lawsuits involving intellectual property claims, including patent, copyright, and trademark infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets. Lowenstein has tried lawsuits, both jury and nonjury, in a variety of forums throughout Texas, including state court, federal court, bankruptcy court and arbitration.
