Bell Nunnally Welcomes Four New Associates

Bell Nunnally has added four associates: J. Reid Burley, Parker A. Burns, Dominic L. Cruciani and Mason G. Jones.

Reid Burley focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditors’ rights. He assists a variety of corporate clients in obtaining judgments and the enforcement of creditors’ rights through trials, post-judgment discovery, garnishments, charging orders, and other post-judgment collection processes. Prior to joining Bell Nunnally, Burley earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School (2018), where he received the “Dean’s Academic Excellence Full Tuition Scholarship” and was a Dean’s List recipient. While attending Baylor Law, he was a “Top 10 Speaker” at the annual Baylor Law School Strasburger & Price Moot Court Competition and was a distinguished speaker at the Pepperdine National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition.

Parker Burns is a member of the firm’s litigation section. He attended Baylor Law School (J.D. 2017), where he externed with U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske and won first place in the “Mercer Legal Ethics and Professionalism Moot Court Competition.” During law school, Burns was also a finalist in the National Student Trial Advocacy Competition and received the “Louis S. Muldrow Jury Argument Award.” Before joining Bell Nunnally, Parker clerked for the Honorable David Counts of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant, III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He received his B.A. (2014) from the University of St. Andrews.

Dominic Cruciani is also a member of the firm’s litigation section, coming to Bell Nunnally from SMU’s Dedman School of Law (J.D. 2019), where he was elected president of both its Longhorn Bar Association and Federalist Society. Cruciani also served as Senior Articles Editor for the SMU Science & Technology Law Review and externed with the honorable Reed O’Connor in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. While at SMU Law, he also served as an antitrust research assistant for Professor Paul Rogers. Prior to law school, Cruciani earned his B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin (2015), where he was a four-year letterman for the Texas Longhorns football team.

Mason Jones focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He assists in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including breach of contract, as well as partnership and employment disputes. Prior to joining Bell Nunnally, Jones received his J.D. from Baylor Law School (2019), where he completed the “Special Distinction Track” in General Civil Litigation. At Baylor Law, Jones won the regional championship in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Mock Trial competition. He was also honored with the “Abner V. McCall Evidence Award” and the “Anthony Bruster Intellectual Property and Advocacy Award.”
