Arianna G. Goodman
Biography

Arianna Goodman is a member of the firm’s litigation department where she focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. Arianna defends individuals and corporations in government and internal investigations, state and federal grand jury matters, and regulatory proceedings, including SEC enforcement actions. She represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of federal criminal matters including tax violations, healthcare fraud, money laundering, anti-bribery and anti-kickback statutes, public and political corruption, and other federal offenses.


Arianna also has experience in commercial litigation representing public and private companies in the healthcare and medical technology industries and higher education institutions.

Representative Matters
  • Successfully defended a state senator against federal bribery charges
  • Successfully negotiated for a judge of elections to enter a diversionary program on one misdemeanor charge after being charged with numerous felonies, including fraud and voter intimidation during Pennsylvania’s special election of the 197th legislative district.
  • Successfully negotiated resentencing of two juvenile lifers after Miller v. Alabama and Montgomery v. Louisiana
