Murphy C. Sayre

Murphy Sayre focuses his practice on the representation of clients in a broad range of transactional and business contract matters. As a member of the Real Estate team, Murphy represents clients in their general counsel needs, including acquisitions, dispositions, land-use issues, asset management, leasing, tenant relations and forming real estate investment vehicles, such as limited partnerships and limited liability companies. As a member of the Corporate team, Murphy represents clients in all phases of entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and merger and acquisition transactions.
