Parker A. Burns
Biography

Parker is an associate in the litigation section.


Before joining Bell Nunnally, Parker clerked for the Honorable David Counts of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant, III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Parker attended Baylor Law School where he externed with U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske and competed in moot court and mock trial. Before law school, Parker completed his undergraduate degree at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where he studied International Relations and Modern History.
