Ray A. Balestri
Biography

Ray Balestri assists businesses with a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and spin-offs, private placements, private equity and venture capital investments, C-level employment agreements and employee equity plans, and general corporate counseling. He serves clients across a broad range of industries, including tech, entertainment, software, medical, manufacturing, home services, and energy. He has deep expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial arrangements, including complex software development and enterprise license agreements, limited partnership and LLC agreements, and service, supply, vendor, and customer contracts.
